Research Interest:

Assessing the impact of environmental cues including nutrition labels on food selection and eating behaviors in adolescents.

MPH Practicum Experience:

Ms. Christoph interned at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Centralia, IL, as a part of the Rural Health Preceptorship Program. Her projects involved data analysis and evaluation of the Nutrition, Exercise Training (NExT) program, as well as helping design a clinic to improve chronic disease self-management in patients with congestive heart failure.
