I-TOPP, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is an innovative research-based PhD/MPH degree program with a focus on obesity prevention and child health and wellbeing.

Funded by the USDA's National Institute of Food and Agriculture, I-TOPP also provides opportunities for broad cross-disciplinary interactions between University of Illinois faculty and scholars with international leaders through the Visiting Faculty Program, Lecture Series, and Biennial Symposium.

The faculty and staff of I-TOPP and STRONG Kids received the Team Award for Excellence at the 2015 College of ACES and Paul A. Funk Recognition Awards Ceremony Monday, April 13th.
